Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors guide you through each pose safely and offer modifications so you can move at your own pace and build confidence over time.than duration.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is best. If you don’t have a mat, some studios offer them for use or rent.
